Hello! I am grateful and encouraged that you have started exploring the opportunity to engage in therapy. I acknowledge this first brave step. I am very passionate about working with adult Females who are experiencing Anxiety, Adjustment/Transition Issues, Depression, Women’s Issues, struggling w/ Self-Esteem, as well as teaching proper Coping Skills with a focus on strengthening Boundaries, Self-Awareness & Acceptance. I have a special interest in working with Highly Sensitive Persons (HSP), Introverts and Empaths. I teach Sensitive people how to put themselves first and start feeling centered and connected to themselves.
