Are you feeling isolated and alone in your experiences? In today’s society, neurodivergent folks are expected to function in a world that was not designed for the neurodivergent mind. I am here to tell you that it is possible for you to be your authentic self and have your needs met despite the frequent barriers you come up against. I have over 12 years of experience working with neurodivergent people including autistic humans & ADHDers. I also love working with therapists, healthcare providers, educators, and those working in high stress professions. I strive to ensure that you feel heard, understood and supported and believe that you deserve guidance that is free of fluff and BS.
