It takes courage to enter into therapy and explore the challenges that bring you to Windhorse Counseling. The sessions are your time to reflect, learn and practice skills, discuss issues, and problem solve. You may never have experienced therapy or you have tried to find a “goodness of fit” with a clinician and it hasn’t worked as you’ve hoped. For many years I was a local high school clinical social worker and since 2022 have had the pleasure of working at Windhorse Counseling as the Clinical Director. View 4 Photos My current client demographic ranges from teens to elders with issues including interpersonal relationships, loss and grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, and navigating relationship and employment satisfaction. I also have extensive training in DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) coping skills.
