I am a Licensed Social Worker with years of experience working with a diverse range of clients, including older adolescents, adults, elite athletes, business executives, and other high performers. I specialize in mental skills training, resilience-building, and performance optimization, drawing on a deep understanding of the unique pressures faced by individuals in high-demand environments. My clinical expertise also includes supporting clients in managing depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, grief and loss, trauma, emotional regulation, as well as relationships and family challenges. I earned my MSW from the Uni of Maryland and dual BAs in Psychology and Criminology from George Mason University. As a former athlete and elite sports coach I have insight into performance challenges. As a therapist who has worked with clients nationwide, I focus on providing therapy that builds confidence, motivation, and a high-performing mindset.
