Therapy can be a challenging yet life-changing process. I support my clients through life’s inevitable stressors and help them to understand themselves better, all while maintaining a culturally sensitive and empathetic approach so you may feel most supported. I have experience in working with anxiety, adjustment, trauma, anger management, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and in providing career and academic guidance. It is my aim to bring compassion, insight, and everyday coping tools to my work with you; using an integrated approach of person centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness practice.
