Working with teens is my passion: the teen brain provides a great opportunity to learn life-long skills and healthy thinking patterns as adult emotions emerge. Being a teen and young adult in our world today is much different than ever before. Therapy helps sort through difficult thoughts & feelings while teaching teens learn to advocate for their needs appropriately.
