Even when things appear fine on the surface, you may be feeling anxious, self-critical, or unsure of who you really are, leading to overthinking, self-doubt, or identity questions—especially during transitions. I work with adults navigating anxiety, self-esteem, and identity concerns, including third-culture and cross-cultural identity experiences. Growing up between cultures or expectations can make it hard to feel grounded in yourself or confident in your choices. Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of these layers, and reconnect with a more solid sense of self.
