You have tried your best to get through it on your own, but something is not working. We often fear that if we acknowledge our pain, grief, and longings that they will completely overwhelm us. But they don't have to. We were not made to go through these experiences alone. I believe that growth, wholeness, and freedom from past wounds are possible for you. Together we will explore what you have been through, who you are today, and who you want to become.
