Hello! I am a provider who enjoys working with a variety of clinical concerns, including—but not limited to—anxiety and depression, grief/loss, self-esteem and ADHD, and internalized racism and sexism. My clients are typically individuals navigating identity-related concerns (e.g., becoming a new parent, adjusting to a new medical diagnosis, negotiating cultural expectations, recently partnered or separated). If you are someone who appears to have it "all together" on the outside but struggles internally with low motivation, racing thoughts, irritability, or exhaustion we might be a good therapeutic fit.
