My practice centers on creating a safe and affirming space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, strengths, and desires in order to move towards growth and healing. We will navigate harder to articulate feelings like shame and guilt to make space for self-compassion, self-knowledge, insight and acceptance. I have 10 years of experience supporting individuals in schools, clinics, outpatient and inpatient settings. I am passionate about working with, and have grown my practice with a focus on individuals, adolescents and families that are looking to heal from relational experiences.
