NOW accepting NEW clients! The human experience is full of ups and downs and everything in between! I believe we all do the best we can with the tools we have been given in life. Sometimes the tools we have are not effective as they used to be. I have a strong passion for working with individuals coming out of crises, or struggling with low self-esteem, relationships, major life changes, transitions, grief, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance use , or behavioral issues. I also have experience working with children with neurodiversity, especially ADHD, Autism and other unique developmental differences. I have 16 years of experience working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds including young adults, parents, families, kids of all ages and seniors. I use a strength-based, client-centered approach, utilizing research-based cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness, with adults and play therapy with kids.
