I know it can be difficult sometimes to reach out, but if you’re reading this, you may be looking for a therapist to help you (or someone you care about) with grief, anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship/work difficulties, or life transitions. Or maybe you just need to talk confidentially to an objective party, to someone with a different perspective. With an adaptive/evolutionary framework, I integrate the neuroscientific approach of Coherence Therapy, the somatic approach of Focusing-oriented Therapy, and the experiential approach of parts work (Internal Family Systems). View 4 Photos I also incorporate mindfulness-based techniques (and breathing exercises), and when appropriate make use of music & sound therapy, ecotherapy, and Brainspotting. I draw inspiration from additional therapies such as Hakomi, Somatic Therapy, and Expressive Arts Therapy — in addition to my background in philosophy.
