My name is Alice Barton, LPC. I specialize in 2 main areas: couple counseling and individuals struggling with with trauma including anxiety, depression, nightmares, etc. Using CBT/DBT and EMDR as well as inner child work, I help by customizing my techniques to meet your specific needs. In our first few sessions, you can expect to complete a biopsychosocial assessment, and we will identify and select which method is right for you. My practice is unique because I am an experienced therapist of 16 years and have worked with thousands of clients. I am passionate about my work as it gives me great personal satisfaction.
