My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, with warmth, curiosity, & respect–to help you feel grounded in your own story. Whether you’re untangling relationship dynamics, healing from trauma, or learning to quiet your inner critic, therapy can be a place to reconnect with your values & sense of self. I work with adults navigating OCD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, as well as those seeking to deepen self-understanding & emotional regulation.
