I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting individuals through trauma, addiction, eating disorders, and life transitions. I take a compassionate, collaborative approach, using evidence-based therapies to help clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. I have been fortunate to serve in many different roles—ranging from direct clinical care to program leadership—across mental health, substance use, and eating disorder treatment settings. These experiences have deepened my understanding of not only the challenges individuals face, but also the systems of care that can support recovery.
