Reaching out to a therapist for the first time can be intimidating, but I'm not. I'm honored to work with you and I genuinely want to help. So you’ve carried the weight for so long — always the strong one. But deep down, you’re ready for something to shift. Growing up with a narcissistic or mentally unstable parent left you doubting yourself, and gave you trauma that is holding you back. Now, it’s time to heal. In our work, you’ll learn to trust yourself, set boundaries, and feel truly enough. My approach is warm, trauma-informed, and tailored to you. I also have years of experience working as a counselor in correctional and substance treatment facilities and most recently, at Emory where I worked with acutely ill and substance abuse patients.
