My ideal client would be an adult with issues with anxiety and depression related to trauma. I work primarily at helping clients manage stress and develop coping skills. I have worked with teenagers and young adults over the last 15 years and am comfortable with all ages. I have a license as a drug and alcohol counselor and as a clinical social work and also have a doctorate in clinical social work. I have worked in many areas of practice, including inpatient mental health and with the Latino population.
