All of us are actively trying to navigate peer relationships, family dynamics, as well as managing unprecedented stresses and challenges of everyday life. I work with many clients who are just out of college and entering the working world, maybe living on their own for the first time, making the adjustment to independence and setting personal goals; adult clients who who may also be experiencing life changes, relationship challenges and employment concerns; clients who are among the LGBTQ+ community and face hardships and have needs of many kinds.
