Welcome, I specialize in helping individuals manage anxiety, ADHD, depression, and the comorbidities that often accompany these conditions. Having experienced the challenges of worry, time management, attention difficulties, and procrastination myself, I understand how overwhelming it can be. I work collaboratively with clients to help them gain insight into their stressors and develop strategies to manage anxiety. My goal is to create an open, supportive space where people can explore and identify the changes that will work best for them and their loved ones.
