I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Orange County, California, working with clients statewide via telehealth. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UCLA and a Master's degree in Counseling from USC. I have over 20 years of experience serving the mental health community and am passionate about helping others. My approach to therapy varies based on the strengths and needs of the client. I practice Humanistic Therapy interventions and frequently utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy, as these modalities tend to assist me and the client in finding common ground.
