In my practice, I support and mentor clients with various mental health diagnoses, or just problems in living, in their efforts to manage and address the internal and external factors causing them suffering. Because I am an elder with lots of experience, I can often help clients find and/or choose among various resources to help them live well. I believe we all have the capacity to grow. Even if you have tried therapy before, it is worth exploring newer methods and approaches. My clients appreciate my interactive style, sense of humor, and the belief that we are equals in partnership to explore the best ways fo meet their goals. It is satisfying to me to assist people to live more fulfilling and meaningful lives.
