I am licensed in CA, HI and NV. Anxiety, stress, and trauma can complicate our lives. My goal is to help you identify and heal from issues past and present that prevents you from living your best life (including trauma, addiction, and depression). In addition to CBT, I have specialized training in trauma treatment known as Brainspotting, a powerful, cutting-edge treatment modality, it goes deep and quick. I am a certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADCII). I am Certified in Brainspotting and a Brainspotting Consultant. I work with first responders, veterans, CPS, Victims of Crime, and fire survivors. My experiences includes working with anxiety, PTSD, grief & trauma, addiction & depression. I work with all ages. I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can heal, recognize your strengths and rebuild relationships.
