I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with over 20 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through some of life’s most difficult challenges. My work has focused on helping individuals navigate issues such as trauma, child abuse and neglect, family conflict, mental health concerns, poverty, substance use, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and life transitions like divorce or loss. I take a holistic, humanistic, and strengths-based approach, focusing on the whole person — mind, body, and spirit. I believe that healing is possible when we are met with empathy, safety, and respect.
