With over 15 years of experience supporting individuals, youth and families, I offer an authentic, humorous client-centered approach to support new ways of being. Whether it is addressing trauma, relationships, ecosystems, boundaries, skills or identity, the goal in therapy is to co-create a non judgmental container for growth and healing. I specialize in serving the LGBTQIA+, community, immigrant/refugee clients, and youth ages 12-17. Therapy is offered in either Spanish or English.
