I am available for counseling adult individuals (located in the states of Massachusetts and Maine) experiencing a wide range of issues. I offer a supportive, strengths-based, person-centered approach and always with non-judgment. An ideal client working with me will be ready for change and can approach treatment with an honest and open dialogue. I have a substantial history working with individuals in a mental health and/or substance use crisis. I bring this experience with the ability to help my clients face their most challenging issues, ranging from trauma, addiction, depression, relationship issues, or high stress and anxiety.
