I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the state of New Jersey, offering therapeutic care to children, adolescents, and adults from diverse and multicultural backgrounds. With a broad range of experience working with individuals facing psychological and behavioral challenges, I have helped clients struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, disruptive behavior disorders, body dysmorphia, low self-esteem, trauma, and chronic stress. I earned my Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Fordham University.
