I use Emotionally Focused Therapy to create healthier communication, stronger attachment, repair trust, and strengthen intimacy in your relationship. Are echoes of the past impacting your daily life, making it difficult to feel safe, calm, or present? Trauma, no matter how big or small, can manifest in anxiety, depression, a lack of self-worth, and a constant sense of being on edge. I use narrative therapy and EMDR to help you ease the pain and find relief from distressing emotions.
