I enjoy working with people using a strength based approach helping to empower them to make the best possible choices for their future. I have many years of experience working with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, family, relationship, parenting and women's issues. The use of cognitive behavioral therapy modified to meet individual needs combined with mindfulness and traditional talk therapy to explore patterns of behaviors, changing negative patterns and increasing coping skills has made a positive impact on my clients.
