Part of my job is to show you how beneficial prioritizing your mental health can be. I strive to create a safe, honest, and nonjudgmental space. I am direct, compassionate, and will take an active role in our sessions to provide skills to improve your every-day life. My many years of experience counseling adults, families, and adolescents, in addition to over a decade as a high school social worker on the North Shore, have equipped me to specialize in a variety of issues.
