Welcome! I am dedicated to helping adolescents and adults navigate life’s challenges; I enjoy working with various people and the complexities they face, from anxiety, depression, bereavement, suicide ideation, and trauma, to name a few. At times life can be overwhelming, and day-to-day issues can become unmanageable. It takes insight and courage to face adversities and seek help. I respect and understand the importance of earning trust and providing a nonjudgmental atmosphere where individuals can identify barriers, accomplish goals, and bring balance and peace into their lives.
