Counseling can be the first step for many to start making a positive change for the rest of their lives. I currently perform individual and family counseling to children, adolescents and young adults. I specialize in working with adolescents & young adults struggling with anxiety and/or depression. I am passionate about working with people struggling with racial identity and experiencing systemic discrimination. My treatment addresses challenges with depression, anxiety, self-esteem struggles, multicultural issues, family concerns, anger and behavioral management, and trauma for individuals 16 years and older.
