My main goal in working with clients is to remain open to each individual's unique needs and tailor my approach to best suit them. Ultimately, I believe the client is an expert of their own experience, and my role is to help guide them to insights that support their personal goals. l work with clients to help cultivate a sense of acceptance and compassion toward themselves using a parts-based perspective. These parts have often been isolated and tucked away.
