Whether you seek to improve your relationship with yourself or with others, my aim is to meet you where you are and help you unlock your own natural wisdom and capacity for growth, repair, and healing. Together we will explore your significant life history and look at patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that no longer serve you. I work with individual adults who are coping with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, work issues and other related conditions. My approach combines talk therapy with holistic, brain and body-based approaches such as EMDR, somatic techniques, Internal Family Systems parts work, and innovative music-based listening therapies.
