I've been practicing therapy for over 20 years and am consistently in awe of the process. What an honor to come alongside women, teens, individuals, couples, parents, and college-age students and see improvement. I specialize with women’s issues and healing from unhealthy patterns such as: people pleasing, trouble setting boundaries, saying no, codependency, anxiety & depression. It is a privilege to be intentional, and helpful when people need it most, whether wading through challenging circumstances, navigating a desire to change a behavior, or processing overwhelming emotions. Sessions take place in person & via telehealth. I specialize in helping women & teens identify bullies, improve self-worth & identify toxic, narcissistic relationships. This often involves treating childhood trauma, anxiety, & learning new coping skills. Abusive bosses, partners & family cannot always be avoided or cut out - self-compassion, setting boundaries & improving communication is key to healing.
