The therapy I provide helps my clients in their day-to-day stressors, life transitions, relationships, and the ups and downs of mental health. I have experience working with individuals, couples and families. Over the course of my career, I have worked in many different settings with clients from diverse backgrounds and of varying needs. My therapy style is flexible and client-centered. I believe that therapy is successful when the client-therapist relationship is strong and the treatment approach is tailored to meet the specific needs of the client. I have found that the ability to apply different theories and to take a holistic approach ensures the best possible therapeutic outcome.
