I am an AMFT/APCC who is passionate about helping individuals learn lifelong skills to better their mental health. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with trauma, depression, and anxiety. My areas of interest include trauma recovery, chronic depression and anxiety, relational issues, and women's issues including birth related trauma and postpartum depression. I recognize that all individuals are unique, and their struggles and strengths encompass various aspects of their lives.
