I am here to help you confront what is keeping you from a whole-hearted, purpose-filled life. I am here to help guide you through any situation you have faced either in the past or currently. I earned a bachelor’s of arts in Psychology and a bachelor’s of science in Biology from the University of Rhode Island. I then received my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from William James College. Currently, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor from Rhode Island and Massachusetts. I have a wide variety of experience working with individuals who have anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, developmental disabilities, personality disorders, bipolar, grief and loss, relationship issues, self-harm/suicidal ideation, and anger management.
