I believe that everyone is unique and deserves a therapeutic approach that will meet their needs. I have worked hard in creating a personalized approach to therapy which allows each person to be the center of focus and go through their journey at their own pace. A dedicated playroom allows children to explore and process at their own level through play and creativity. With teenagers my focus is on their skills and strengths while building them up to help them meet their goals and overcome obstacles. With adult clients I provide a safe place where they can process openly without fear or judgement.
