I subscribe to the belief that the unexamined life is not conducive to living your best life. I am a psychodynamic, eclectic and holistic psychotherapist working with adults, adolescents and couples whom experience symptoms of depression, anxiety or interpersonal conflict, and often those working through deep existential crisis. With my guidance and empathetic stance, I will help you explore and challenge old beliefs and current behaviors so that you may gain insight and deep understanding into how some past events, (even those which are seemingly insignificant) are having an effect on your current functioning.
