Anxiety does not always look dramatic. Sometimes it shows up as overthinking, staying busy to avoid slowing down, or feeling stuck even when you know what you want to change. You may look put together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed on the inside. In therapy with me, you will find a grounded, supportive, and honest space. I am warm and relatable, and I am also direct. I will meet you where you are while gently challenging the patterns that keep you stuck. We will move at a pace that feels safe, with room for curiosity, insight, and yes, humor when it fits.
