We want to feel confident, happy & clear headed as we go through life. And no one feels that way all the time. Challenges arise: work & school, relationships, big decisions, grief/loss, parenting, life changes, difficult or traumatic experiences. We do our best & sometimes need more. Reaching out for help is a gift to yourself when you're exhausted, confused, stuck, frustrated and/or overwhelmed.
