I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where teens and adults can feel truly seen and supported. Together, we’ll explore your experiences with care, helping you reconnect with your values, strengths, and sense of self. I take a person-centered, trauma-informed approach, which means I will listen deeply, validate your emotions, and move at a pace that feels safe for you. I believe that healing doesn’t mean fixing what’s “broken,” but rather honoring your story and uncovering your resiliency. I specialize in supporting clients navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, trauma, body image concerns, anxiety, and depression. I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals. Additionally, I'm a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and trained in EMDR.
