I work with clients who believe that they have the capacity to solve their own problems with my assistance. Within this approach, we will work together as equals, with any problems you choose to bring into therapy with the goal being that you find your own path to greater growth. Through our shared process, I will provide clarification, encouragement and interpretations to facilitate your movement toward your goals. I use a variety of methods during counseling sessions that provide an integrative approach to counseling. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental, and collaborative environment for you to discuss and evaluate problems. In addition to in-person office visits, I offer online counseling through a HIPAA compliant video conferencing system.
