My approach to therapy is that “no one size fits all,” and to meet you where you are at in a non-judgmental space. I work with adults in individual, group, and couples therapy, with people struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, and other mental health issues detrimental to a fulfilling life. All of my client relationships begin with an opportunity for you to talk and to have someone listen.
