They may seem capable on the outside yet often feel anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure where to turn. They often put others first and have trouble giving themselves the same care or compassion. They’re looking for a safe, supportive space to slow down, be honest about how they’re really feeling, and feel understood. Their goals are to find more calm, confidence, and balance — to better understand themselves and navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and self-compassion.
