Hi! I'm Alicia. I am a LPC-S in Alabama, LPC in Georgia, and a LCMHC in New Hampshire. I also am a Board Certified TeleMental Health Provider. I have worked with all populations and believe that the key to therapy with any person is respect. I aim to help clients work through their problems to have a more enjoyable life. I use an integrative therapy approaching incorporating person centered therapy techniques (focuses on building strong rapport and respect between client and therapist) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in order to assist clients in making their thinking more positive and decrease negative thinking habits.
