I specialize in working with children, teens, young adults, and parents facing OCD, anxiety, social anxiety, panic, health anxiety, phobias, school refusal, identity-related stress, and taboo or misunderstood OCD themes. I also support ADHD and Autistic youth who haven’t felt understood in past care. Most of my patients struggle with intrusive thoughts, compulsions or avoidance that make life feel smaller. My clients want clarity, compassion, and practical tools to reduce anxiety’s grip, rebuild confidence, improve family communication, and feel hopeful again.
