As a Psychotherapist, I approach therapy with compassion, authenticity, and a deep respect for the individual’s unique experiences. I believe that healing happens within relationships, and I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and understood. Through a relational approach, I work collaboratively with clients to explore their emotions, uncover patterns, and build self-awareness. My goal is to foster connection, resilience, and self-compassion, helping clients navigate challenges with greater confidence and clarity.
