Starting therapy can feel overwhelming. I strive to create a supportive, affirming, & inclusive space where clients feel heard, respected and safe to explore their experiences without judgment. I work with individuals across the lifespan using a person-centered, evidence-based approach. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, ADHD, identity development & relationship stress. I enjoy working with the LGBTQI+ community as well as individuals experiencing mild to moderate mood concerns. I am a graduate counseling intern working under clinical supervision and am committed to ethical, collaborative and client-centered care.
