About

I use three main approaches in working with my clients: Psychodynamic, Solution-oriented, and Trauma-Focused. The psychodynamic approach is great for self-exploration, boosting emotional intelligence, enhancing communication skills, processing emotions, addressing existential questions, identity questions, creative blocks, and repetitive patterns. You don’t have to have specific goals, problems, or symptoms to benefit from this approach. You just have to be curious about your internal world and emotional landscape. I use classical, modern and Jungian psychoanalysis to accompany you on this path of self-discovery. Solution-oriented psychotherapy is for those who struggle with specific symptoms such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive tendencies, mood swings, etc., and for people who want to work through a particular difficult situation such as complicated relationships, conflicts, breakups, blocks in achieving goals, etc.
